Using a leg press machine, sit down on the machine and place your legs on the platform directly in front of you at a medium (shoulder width) foot stance.
Lie on your back with legs extended and heels resting on a Swiss ball. Keep your arms flat out to the sides.
Begin with arms extended out in front of your body. Balance on one leg with opposite leg extended straight in front as high as possible.
